• Field Conditions and Equipment Check:
  • Coaches will walk the field and inspect all equipment prior to the start of practices and games:
    •  Hey Coach Guidelines
    • Hey Umpire Guidelines
    •  Equipment Checklist
• Accident Reporting
  • Report the incident to the League Safety Officer and complete the indicated paperwork within 24-48 hours of the incident. 
    • Document the incident with as much detail as possible using the ASAP Incident/Injury Tracking Report.
    • If medical attention is needed, complete the Accident Notification Form and provide it to the family. You can use the Accident Notification Form Instructions for help completing the form.  
• Little League Diamond Leader Program
  • Our board recommends that all coaches and volunteers complete the Little League Diamond Leader Program for all coaches and volunteers. It will be required by all coaches during tournament play.
